Healing happens in community .
If your daughter is struggling with self-esteem, comparing herself, and feeling lost in life … she is not alone. In fact, she is in great company — because many other sensitive, wise, and brilliant young women just like her are going through the exact same things.
When we come together, we realize we’re not the only one. We learn from each other’s experiences and insight. We feel more equipped to be with what’s difficult in our lives.
When your daughter feels connected, supported, and seen she can truly do anything.
She is becoming a young woman.
Being a teen is a confusing time of life. Most teens learn about algebra and thesis statements, but miss the lessons on nurturing their confidence, and processing their emotions. (Which really should be core curriculum!)
We’ll be here to cheer her on and celebrate the wins. We’ll also be here when things get tough to listen, empathize, and remind her who she is.
She is becoming a young woman.
It’s scary to be vulnerable as a teenager, but the truth is: what you’re feeling is normal. Someone else can relate. And when you’re honest and real, you’ll see you’re not alone … and that you’re completely lovable exactly as you are.
WHAT’S INCLUDED
Teaching Calls
1x a month we’ll gather live on Zoom to cover topics like self-esteem, friendship, and stress management. (We’ll also plan calls based on your requests!)
Workbook
Each student gets a workbook filled with exercises, readings, and prompts to practice.
Live Q+A
1x a month, students can bring current questions to share real-time with the group! They’ll get support from Ciara, and connect with other teens experiencing similar struggles, and learn from each other.
